The apartment

The apartment measures 100 square metres and is on the second floor of a historic building (no lift), and consists of:

one double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, where bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided

a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Towels, soap and hair dryer are provided.

A fully equipped kitchen with plates, saucepans, gas cooker and electric oven, dishwasher

Two balconies with views onto the mountains and over the town

Thanks to its favourable position and the stone walls over 50 cm thick, air conditioning is not needed.

If you come by car, there is a convenient free car park behind the house; if you use  public transport, the international railway station, the historic Centovalli Train and the bus station are just 500 metres away.

The house overlooks the pedestrian zone and the main shopping area, with cafés, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and small food shops just a few steps away.

The nearest supermarket, which has a large car park, is 500 metres away.
